Some of the main duties and tasks of our pharmaceutical production workers are:

Preparing the raw materials, components, and equipment for the production process, according to the specifications and instructions given by the supervisors or engineers.

Operating, setting up, maintaining, and cleaning the machines and equipment used for the production process, such as mixers, granulators, coaters, tablet presses, fillers, and sterilizers.

Monitoring and adjusting the production parameters, such as temperature, pressure, speed, and flow, to meet the desired standards and specifications.

Performing quality checks and tests on the products and samples, using various instruments and methods, such as pH meters, spectrophotometers, chromatographs, and microbiological assays.

Documenting and recording the production data and results, such as batch numbers, weights, yields, and deviations, in the appropriate forms, logs, reports, and databases.

Following the current good manufacturing practices (cGMP), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and avoid contamination, errors, and defects.

Reporting and resolving any issues, problems, or incidents that occur during the production process, such as equipment malfunctions, product deviations, or accidents.

Participating in training and development programs to update and enhance their knowledge and skills, and to learn new techniques and technologies.

Working as a team with other production workers, supervisors, engineers, quality control technicians, and other staff, to coordinate and communicate the production activities and goals.
