Composition : Amlodipine besylate ……………………………………………..10mg.
Indications:
• Primary hypertension, alone or combined with other antihypertensive drugs.
• Chronic stable angina pectoris and variant angina pectoris. Use alone or in combination with other antianginal agents.
Dosage:
• Treatment of hypertension: initial dose of 5mg once daily, maximum dose of 10mg once daily. The initial dose for frail or elderly patients with liver insufficiency is 2.5mg once daily.
• Treatment of angina pectoris: initial dose is 5mg-10mg once a day, elderly patients and patients with liver dysfunction are recommended to use a lower dose, the effective dose for most people is 10mg/ day.
Contraindications:
• People allergic to dihydropyridine calcium antagonists.
Warning:
• Angina pectoris and/or myocardial infarction.
• Low blood pressure.
• Use with caution in patients with heart failure. Calcium channel blockers should be used with caution in patients with heart failure.
• Use with caution in patients with liver insufficiency.
• Use with caution in patients with renal failure.
Adverse Effects:
• The most common side effects were headache, edema, fatigue, insomnia, heart and abdominal pain, redness, palpitation and dizziness. Rare side effects include itching, rash, dyspnea, weakness, muscle cramps, and indigestion.
Dosage form: White tablet
Expiry date: 24 months from the date of manufacture.

• 12 tablets/plate, 2 plates/box.
• 12 tablets/plate, 50 plates/box.
Storage:
• Store in original packaging , in the cool dry place.
• Keep out of reach of children.
