Composition:
Each tablet Contains:
Ibuprofen………………………………….400mg


Indications: Mild to moderate pain, fever, rheumatic diseases


Dosage:
•  Pain/fever: 200 to 400mg 3 to 4 times daily (maximum 1200mg daily) 8 days maximum. Rheumatic diseases: 3200mg daily maximum.


Contraindications:
•  Do not administer to children under 3 months, patients with allergies to NSAIDs, peptic ulcer, coagulation defects, hemorrhage, and surgery with risk of major blood loss, severe renal or hepatic impairment, severe heart failure, severe malnutrition, uncorrected dehydration or severe infection.
•  Do not take if pregnant.


Warnings:
•  Administer with caution to elderly or asthmatic patients.
•  Do not combine with: methotrexate, anticoagulants and other NSAIDs.
•  Monitor combination with diuretics and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (drink plenty of fluids to avoid renal failure).


Adverse Effects:
•  May cause: allergic reactions, epigastric pain, peptic ulcer, hemorrhage or renal impairment.


Dosage form: Yellow tablet.


Expiry date: 24 months after date of manufacture.


Packaging:
•  2 blister packs, 10 tablets per blister pack.
•  50 blister packs, 10 tablets per blister pack.


Storage:
•  Store in original packaging under 25ᵒC, protected from moisture and direct sunlight .
•  Keep out of reach of children.
