Composition:
Each tablet contains:
Capmatinib…………………200mg


Indications:
Used for the treatment of adult patients with metastatic, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose tumors have tested positive for a mutation that leads to MET exon 14 skipping.


Dosage:
•  Take 2 tablets (400mg) twice daily, every 12 hours at scheduled times. If patient misses or vomits a dose, do not make up dose but take the next dose at its scheduled time.
•  Continue until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.


Contraindications:
• None reported.


Warnings:
•  Do not take if pregnant, perform pregnancy test prior to initiating dosage, use contraception while medicating and for 1 week after last dose.
•  Do not take while breastfeeding.
•  If patient develops interstitial lung disease/pneumonitis of any degree immediately and permanently discontinue.


Adverse Effects:
•  Bloating or swelling of the face, arms, hands, lower legs or feet.
•  Chest pain, decreased or loss of appetite, difficult or labored breathing, general feeling of discomfort or illness, itching, nausea and vomiting.


Dosage form:  Reddish brown tablets.


Expiry date: 24months after date of manufacture.

•  Store in the original packaging.
•  Store under 25°C protected from moisture.
•  Keep out of reach of children.
