Composition:
Each tablet contains:
Tadalafil……………………………………….20mg.
Indication:
Relieves erectile dysfunction. Relief of signs and symptoms of erectile dysfunction with benign prostatic hyperplasia.
Dosage:
• Oral, for adult males, once a day, 1 tablet each time. Take it at least 30 minutes before sex, regardless of food intake. It is best not to take it continuously every day.
Contraindications:
• Those who are allergic to any ingredients in this product are forbidden.
• Nitrate drugs: Patients who are taking any form of nitrate drugs, whether they are administered regularly and/or intermittently, are strictly prohibited from taking tadalafil tablets.
• Hypersensitivity reactions: Patients with known severe allergies to tadalafil should not take tadalafil tablets.
• Patients who are taking GC stimulators (such as Riociguat) should not take tadalafil tablets.
Warning:
• The treatment of erectile dysfunction, including tadalafil tablets, should not be used for men whose pre-existing cardiovascular conditions do not recommend sexual behavior. Patients who develop symptoms at the onset of sexual activity should be advised to abstain from sexual activity and seek immediate medical attention.
• Patients who develop angina pectoris after taking tadalafil tablets should seek medical treatment immediately.
Adverse effects:
• General—weakness, facial edema, fatigue, pain
• Cardiovascular – angina, chest pain, hypotension, myocardial infarction, orthostatic hypotension, palpitations, syncope, tachycardia
• Digestion—abnormal liver function tests, dry mouth, dysphagia, esophagitis, gastritis, elevated r-glutamyl transferase (GGTP), loose stools, nausea, epigastric pain, vomiting
• Musculoskeletal – joint pain, neck pain
• Nervous—dizziness, hypoesthesia, insomnia, paresthesia, drowsiness, vertigo
• Breathing – dyspnea, epistaxis, pharyngitis
• Skin and appendages – itching, rash, sweating
• Eyes – Blurred vision, altered color vision, conjunctivitis (including conjunctival injection), eye pain, increased lacrimation, eyelid swelling
• Ears – Sudden hearing loss or loss, ringing in the ears
• Urogenital – increased erections, spontaneous penile priapism
