Composition:
Each tablet contains:
Empagliflozin………………………….10mg
Linagliptin……………………………….5mg


Indications:
Indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus and reduce the risk of cardiovascular death in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus and established cardiovascular disease.


Dosage:

  • Please use according to your doctor’s instructions.
  • Take one tablet once daily in the morning with or without meals.

Contraindications:

  • Allergic to Empagliflozin, Linagliptin or any excipients in this product.
  • Dialysis patients.
  • Pancreatitis patients.

Warnings:

  • This product is not applicable to type I diabetes or type I diabetes ketoacidosis.
  • Stop taking this product immediately if symptoms of pancreatitis appear.
  • Beware of hypoglycemia during use.
  • May increase the risk of reproductive fungal infections.
  • Not recommended for pregnant and lactating women.

Adverse Effects:
Urinary tract infections, nasopharyngitis and upper respiratory tract infections.


Dosage form:  White tablets.


Expiry date:  24 months after date of manufacture.


Packaging: 7 tablets/blister, 2 blisters/box.


Storage:

  • Protected from light, sealed, and stored at 20℃- 25℃.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
