Alliance Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has recently become aware of counterfeit products being distributed and sold under the name ALI-TIRZEP® (Tirzepatide Injection). These unauthorized products are designed to imitate the appearance and packaging of genuine ALI-TIRZEP® and may mislead purchasers into believing they are authentic Alliance Pharmaceutical products.
Counterfeit medicines present a serious risk to public health. Their quality, safety, efficacy, and manufacturing conditions cannot be verified and may expose patients to significant health risks. In addition, the manufacture and distribution of counterfeit products constitute an infringement of our intellectual property rights and damage the integrity of our brand.
To protect patients, healthcare providers, distributors, and the public, Alliance Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. issues the following official notice.
1. Identification of Counterfeit Products
1.1 Unauthorized Manufacturing
Alliance Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is the sole manufacturer of genuine ALI-TIRZEP® products.
Our company has never authorized, licensed, or contracted any third party to manufacture, package, or distribute ALI-TIRZEP® on our behalf. Any product claiming otherwise should be regarded as unauthorized.
1.2 Packaging Characteristics
Counterfeit products identified to date have exhibited one or more of the following characteristics:

- Poor print quality or uneven ink distribution;
- Incorrect or distorted colours and graphics;
- Inferior packaging materials or workmanship;
- Missing or invalid encrypted anti-counterfeiting QR authentication label.
Genuine Alliance Pharmaceutical packaging is manufactured to strict GMP quality standards and features clear printing, consistent colours, high-quality packaging materials, and a unique encrypted authentication code.
1.3 Product Presentation
Genuine ALI-TIRZEP® is supplied exclusively as a cartridge pen presentation.
Counterfeit products identified to date have displayed significant differences in device design and are not manufactured using the genuine Alliance cartridge pen system.
1.4 Health Risks
Counterfeit medicines may contain incorrect ingredients, inaccurate potency, impurities, microbial contamination, or may have been manufactured under uncontrolled conditions.
The use of counterfeit medicines may result in treatment failure, serious adverse reactions, infection, organ injury, allergic reactions, or other significant health consequences.
Alliance Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. accepts no responsibility for any injury, adverse event, or financial loss arising from the purchase or use of counterfeit products.

Scanning this code directs users to the official verification platform, where product information, including the batch number and manufacturing date, can be confirmed.
3. Action Against Counterfeit Activities
Alliance Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is actively collecting evidence relating to the manufacture, importation, distribution, and sale of counterfeit ALI-TIRZEP® products.
We are cooperating with the Lao Food and Drug Department (FDD), law enforcement agencies, customs authorities, and other relevant regulatory bodies in the jurisdictions concerned to investigate these illegal activities and pursue all available legal remedies.
Individuals or organizations found manufacturing, distributing, advertising, or knowingly selling counterfeit Alliance Pharmaceutical products may be subject to civil and criminal proceedings in accordance with applicable laws.
Alliance Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. also reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual or organization that knowingly disseminates false or misleading information regarding the quality or authenticity of our genuine products.
