Composition:
Each tablet contains:
Baricitinib………………………………………4mg
Indications:
Rheumatoid arthritis, 2019 coronavirus (COVID-19), Alopecia areata.
Dosage:
- Orally，with or without food.
- Rheumatoid arthritis: once daily, 2mg each time.
- 2019 Coronavirus (COVID-19): once daily, 4mg each time, continuous medication for 14 days.
- Alopecia areata: once daily, 2mg each time. If the treatment effect is not significant, then once daily, 4mg each time. After achieving the therapeutic effect, it was changed to 2mg once a day.
Contraindications: None.
Warnings:
- Pregnant women should use with caution.
- If allergic reactions occur during medication, stop using it in a timely manner.
- Tuberculosis patients should use it with caution.
- Pay attention to infection and monitor changes in lymphocytes, neutrophils, hemoglobin, liver enzymes, and lipids.
- Vaccination: Avoid using with live vaccines.
