Composition:
Each tablet contains:
Baricitinib………………………………………4mg


Indications:
Rheumatoid arthritis, 2019 coronavirus (COVID-19), Alopecia areata.


Dosage:

  • Orally,with or without food.
  • Rheumatoid arthritis: once daily, 2mg each time.
  • 2019 Coronavirus (COVID-19): once daily, 4mg each time, continuous medication for 14 days.
  • Alopecia areata: once daily, 2mg each time. If the treatment effect is not significant, then once daily, 4mg each time. After achieving the therapeutic effect, it was changed to 2mg once a day.

Contraindications: None.


Warnings:

  • Pregnant women should use with caution.
  • If allergic reactions occur during medication, stop using it in a timely manner.
  • Tuberculosis patients should use it with caution.
  • Pay attention to infection and monitor changes in lymphocytes, neutrophils, hemoglobin, liver enzymes, and lipids.
  • Vaccination: Avoid using with live vaccines.
  • Gastrointestinal perforation.

Adverse Effects:
Upper respiratory tract infections, nausea, herpes simplex and shingles; Elevated liver enzymes, increased platelets, deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism; Headache, acne, hyperlipidemia, increased creatine kinase, and urinary tract infections.
