Composition :  Omeprazole……….40mg


Indications:
It is suitable for peptic ulcer (stomach, duodenum), anti-epidemic esophagitis, and Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome (Gastrinoma).


Dosage:
• Oral, not chewable.
• Peptic ulcer: a 40mg, 1~2 times a day.
• Reflux esophagitis: 40 ~ 80 mg a time , 1~2 times a day.
• Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome: 80mg, once a day, the daily total dose can be adjusted to 40 ~ 120mg according to the disease, a single dose should not exceed 80mg


Contraindications:
• Patients who are allergic to this drug or have severe renal insufficiency.
• Infants should not use this product.


Warning:
• When treating gastric ulcer, the possibility of ulcerative gastric cancer should be ruled out first, because the treatment with this product can reduce its symptoms, thus delaying the treatment.
Take care not to chew.
• Special groups of medication: infants, pregnant women prohibited; lactating women with caution; Children and the elderly should strictly follow the doctor’s advice.


Adverse Effects:
• Headache, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, constipation, abdominal pain and bloating. Occasionally, dizziness, lethargy, fatigue, sleep disturbance, paresthesia, rash, pruritus, urticaria, abnormal liver function test, etc. Rare hyperhidrosis, peripheral angioedema, hyponatremia.
