On November 25, 2023, the first Vientiane International Cardiovascular Disease Academic Exchange was hosted by the Ministry of Health of Laos and co-organized by the 103 Hospital of the Lao People’s Army General Hospital, the ninth batch of Chinese People’s Liberation Army Medical Aid Team to Laos and Lao United Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The VICC was held grandly in Vientiane. Representatives including Senior Colonel Li Bing, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Health and Defense Attaché of the Embassy in Laos, President Savinsay of 103 Hospital, President of 150 Hospital and Mahoso Hospital attended the meeting.
