Composition:
Each tablet contains:
Pralsetinib………………………………100mg
Indications:
• Adult: metastatic rearranged during transfection (RET)fusion-positive non-small cell lung cancer;
• Adults and children over 12 years old: RET mutant medullary thyroid cancer, RET fusion positive thyroid cancer.
Dosage:
The recommended dose is 400mg once daily (no food intake for at least 2hours before and at least 1 hour after taking this product), taken orally on an empty stomach. If it is missed, it can be taken again, and the next time it is taken is still according to the original interval. If vomiting occurs after taking the medicine, it should not be taken again, and the next time it is taken should still follow the original interval.
Contraindications: None.
Warnings:
• Interstitial lung disease (ILD)/ pneumonia should be monitored.
• Monitor blood pressure during medication in hypertensive patients.
• ALT and AST should be monitored in patients with liver disease.
• It is prohibited for patients with massive bleeding.
• Do not take it before or after surgery.
• Can cause harm to the fetus.
• Use with caution during lactation.
Adverse Effects:
- Fatigue, constipation, musculoskeletal pain and high blood pressure.
- Neutropenia, pneumonia, anemia, pulmonary parenchyma disease, fever, diarrhea, elevated AST, elevated creatine kinase, fatigue, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, vomiting, elevated ALT, sepsis, and dyspnea.
Dosage form: Blue capsule.
Expiry date: 24 months from the date of manufacture.
Packaging: 60 capsules/bottle.
Storage:
• Sealed and stored at 20°C to 25°C.
• Keep out of reach of children.
