Composition:
Each tablet contains:
Entecavir…………………………………..0.5mg


Indications:
•  Used for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) in patients with both HIV/AIDS and HBV an antiretroviral medication should also be used.


Dosage:
•  Adult: 1mg daily
•  Patients with hepatic impairment or nucleoside naïve patient; 0.5mg once daily.
•  Patients with resistance or concomitant use with lamivudine; 1mg once daily.
•  Child: with hepatic impairment or nucleoside naïve patient; ≥2 years ≥10kg; 0.015mg/kg once daily. Max: 0.5mg daily. In patient with concomitant use with lamivudine: 0.03mg/kg once daily Max 1mg daily.
•  Take orally on an empty stomach at least 2 hours after last meal and at least 2 hours before next meal.


Contraindications:
•  Hypersensitivity to this drug.


Warnings:
•  Do not take while pregnant or breastfeeding.


Adverse Effects:
•  Thrombocytopenia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dyspepsia, abdominal pain, fatigue, pyrexia, headache, dizziness, insomnia, rash, alopecia.


Dosage form:  White tablet.


Expiry date:  24 months after date of manufacture.

•  Store in original packaging and keep under 30°C. Protect from sunlight and moisture.
•  Keep out of reach of children.
