Composition:  Esomeprazole……….40mg


Indications:
• Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD): Treatment of reflux esophagitis.
• Combine medication to eradicate Helicobacter pylori.
• Patients with gastric ulcers who require continuous NSAID treatment.


Dosage:
• Take this product at least one hour before meals
• Treatment of reflux esophagitis: 20mg or 40mg, once daily, for 4-8 weeks;
• Combination medication for eradicating Helicobacter pylori: Esomeprazole magnesium 20mg+Amoxicillin 1g+Clarithromycin 500mg, twice daily, for a total of 7 days.
• Use NSAID to treat related gastric ulcers:  once a day, 20mg, for 4-8 weeks.


Contraindications:
• Individuals who are allergic to this product.
• Esomeprazole should not be used in combination with nefenavir.


Warning:
• Acute interstitial nephritis, lupus erythematosus and hypomagnesemia may occur.
• It should be avoided to use in combination with clopidogrel, hypericum perforatum, rifampicin, or methotrexate.


Adverse Effects:
• Headache, diarrhea, nausea, bloating, abdominal pain, constipation, dry mouth, shortness of breath, and elevated ALT.


Dosage form: Red white Capsule.


Expiry data: 24 months from the date of manufacture.


Packaging: 
• 10 Capsules/2 blisters/box.
• 10 Capsules/blister, 50 blisters/box.


Storage:
• Sealed and stored at no more than 25 ℃.
• Please keep out of reach of children.
