Job description
The Production Supervisor oversees daily operations of a manufacturing line, coordinating operators, documentation and in-process controls in line with GMP.
Responsibilities
- Supervise line operators and daily production schedules
- Ensure GMP and safety compliance on the floor
- Review batch records and in-process checks
- Coordinate with QA, warehouse and maintenance
- Drive continuous improvement and reduce downtime
Qualifications
Degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Food Science or related field.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 4+ years in pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing
