Cultivation
It starts in the soil. Alliance is developing company-managed farmland across Laos to grow its own raw crops, including castor — we are currently leasing and preparing this land. Owning cultivation means we secure supply, control quality from the seed, and support rural farming communities.

Processing
Harvested crops move into our processing facilities, where they are cleaned, extracted and refined into raw materials — oils, extracts and base inputs — ready for chemical conversion. Every batch is tested before it advances.
