Laos Alliance Pharmaceutical Group operates on a simple conviction — quality is built into everything we do. Today that shows up as large-scale manufacturing across twenty specialised workshops in five facilities. Looking ahead, we aim to integrate the entire value chain, from cultivation and chemical processing through to finished products.
As we build toward that integration, it will give us more secure supply and even more consistent quality. Already, our scale lets us serve patients, partners and institutions across Lao PDR.

How we grew
Company officially established, together with a chemical trading company.
Established a chemical research and development company.
Established the Group’s Southeast Asia sales company.
Established a chemical innovation centre.
The Group’s first joint pharmaceutical factory. Invested in 2017, with construction beginning in 2021 and completed in 2022.
Established the Group’s North America sales company.
Invested in an integrated chemical production plant.
Committed the investment to build the Group’s flagship pharmaceutical facility.
Construction of the cosmetics, household and personal care products factory began in 2022 and was completed in 2024.
Construction of the Group’s flagship facility began in 2023 and was completed in 2025, delivering 250,000 m² of infrastructure, 16 production workshops and 21 production lines.
Two new production workshops, one for antibiotics and one for hormones, were completed in 2025, bringing the first factory to 4 production workshops and 4 production lines.
Signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Phannthamit Co., Ltd., launching the distribution of LAPG-manufactured products under the Phannthamit brand in the Cambodian market.
Opened in 2026 at Alliance Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd and now fully operational.
