Composition:
Each tablet contains:
Cetirizine hydrochloride………………………………10mg
Indications:
Symptomatic treatment of seasonal rhinitis, perennial allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis and itching and urticaria caused by allergies.
Dosage:
• By mouth. Recommended for adults and children over 6 years old.
• Adults: 1 tablet at a time, can be taken with a small amount of liquid at dinner, if sensitive to adverse reactions, can be taken once in the morning and once in the evening, half a tablet at a time.
• Children aged 6-12: 1 tablet at a time, once a day; Or half a tablet, twice a day.
Contraindications:
• Contraindicated in persons allergic to the ingredients, hydroxyzine or any other piperazine derivatives.
• It is prohibited for patients with severe renal impairment.
Warnings:
• This medication may impair thinking and reaction time. Avoid driving, operating machinery, or performing tasks that require full alertness while taking this medication.
• Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited during the use of this medication, as it may increase the risk of adverse side effects.
• Patients taking this medication in combination with other drugs should consult their doctor prior to use. This includes cold medicines, antihistamines, narcotic pain relievers, sedatives, muscle relaxants, antidepressants, anti-anxiety drugs, and anti-seizure medications.
