Composition:
Each tablet contains:
Molnupiravir……………………………………….200mg


Indication:
• Mild to moderate coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in adults with a positive SARS-COV-2 diagnostic test and who have at least one risk factor for developing severe illness.


Dosage:
• Take 4 capsules 2 times a day (12 h interval) for 5 days. Do not take for more than 5 days.


Contraindications:
• Do not use in people allergic to this drug.


Warning:
• Administer as soon as possible after a diagnosis of COVID-19 has been made.
• Do not take during pregnancy.
• Men and women of childbearing potential should use effective contraception for the duration of treatment and for at least 3 months after the last dose of Molnupivir.
• Breast-feeding mothers should pump and discard breast milk during treatment and for 4 days after the last dose of Molnupivir.
• Not for use in patients under 18 years of age.


Adverse effects:
• Diarrhea, nausea, dizziness and headache.


Dosage form: red capsules 200mg.


Expiry date24 months after date of manufacture.


Packaging: 40 capsules per bottle.


Storage:
• Keep in a dark and dry place and keep out of reach of children.
